We are trying to solve all the problems, connected with Non-Destructive Testing (NDT). Included to OKOndt GROUP enterprises have a full range of means for designing, manufacturing, warranty and post-warranty services of different equipment and NDT means, development of techniques and technologies of NDT procedure, training and certification of personnel.
Testing laboratory Promekspertiza is successfully working as a part of OKOndt GROUP. This laboratory is equipped with up-to-date inventions. According to accreditation field the laboratory is testing such major equipments as hot-water and steam boilers, pressure vessels, hot-water and steam pipelines, climbing cranes, oil tanks and also industrial pipelines and equipment of oil and gas processing, petrochemical and chemical industry.
For objects detection we have covered practically all the sphere of NDT techniques: ultrasonic, eddy current, visual, penetrant, magnetic particle and acoustic emission. Moreover by the Consumer`s request we also provide technical check-up, technical diagnostics (of expert evaluation), thickness gauging of base metal and welded joints of equipment at customer`s order.

Processing department of Ukrainian Scientific Research Institute for Non-Destructive Testing is the developer of more than 50 NDT techniques for different items. Up-to-date NDT technologies are used when designing the techniques. The department is equipped with all the necessary equipment for implementation of different testing techniques such as ultrasonic, eddy current, acoustic emission, magnetic particle, visual and penetrant. The technique or a group of techniques is chosen separately for every specific testing task, in such a way the integrated approach is implemented.
The equipment for NDT techniques implementation is thoroughly chosen, as only the leaders of domestic engineering in the NDT field such as Ultracon-Service LLC and Promprylad LLC are included into our OKOndt GROUP. Ultrasonic, eddy current and magnetic particle flaw detectors, hardness testers, thickness gauges, wide range of ultrasonic and eddy current probes and other equipment have worked up Ukrainian market long ago due to its high quality and moderate prices.
Ukrainian Scientific Research Institute for non-destructive testing is successfully designing production units of high-speed NDT at the customer's request. Both important and useful aspect is that if it's impossible to solve assigned testing task using production equipment, one can design special probes and insert addition into software. Companies-producers provide consultations on all delivered equipment implementation at the customer's enterprise, and are responsible for start-adjusting of NDT system.
But unfortunately, it's impossible to produce everything. If it's difficult to solve the testing task using instruments, produced by our companies, OKOndt GROUP can supply the necessary equipment, made by other producers. Among such equipment are X-ray units, consumables for magnetic particle and penetrant testing.
Service center of Promprylad LLC provides warranty and post-warranty services for all supplied equipment.
It is well known, that without skilful specialists any, even perfect-made equipment, is just "a piece of iron". NDT training center Ultracon-Service, NDT Certification Center Promprylad and Personnel Certification Center UkrSRINDT (Accreditation certificate of National Accreditation Agency of Ukraine NAAU No.6O012 dated 14.01.2011) will train NDT specialists of your enterprise and then issue them a certificate in conformity with acting Regulatory Documentation. We are deeply convinced that only the techniques writers and NDT instruments designers can provide proper testing system training. As a result, these people are teaching at our training center.
We got all research engineers, methodologists, designers, producers of instruments, lecturers and experts together "under one roof". As a result optimal solution of any testing task can be found for the customer!
