One of the latest eddy current developments of OKOndt GROUP – SMARTSCAN-FA System arrived and, after the following installation and training provided by our specialists, started to work at the Naval Logistics Command R.O.K. (the Navy of the Republic of Korea). The eddy current flaw detector will be used for testing military helicopters and aircraft wheels of small and medium size, but the customer will be able to test heavy-weighted wheels as well – the lifting mechanism for such purpose included in the set. The customer especially appreciated a possibility to create a catalog of all tested wheels due to function of the automatic storage of the test results to the System’s memory.
